Danish is a recent medical graduate from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) whose interest in bioethics emerged during his training in ethics and medical jurisprudence. This engagement was further shaped by his participation in the UiTM International Clinical Ethics Conference and the Malaysian Medical Ethics and Law Intervarsity Competition, experiences that highlighted the ethical complexities encountered in everyday medical practice. As a newly qualified doctor, he is pursuing bioethics to strengthen his clinical decision-making and professional integrity. Through his internship under the mentorship of Associate Professor Dr Mark Tan Kiak Min at Monash University Malaysia, he is gaining exposure to practical applications of clinical and professional ethics in the Malaysian healthcare context while building foundations for ethically grounded medical practice.
