Ruth Goh is a PhD student at Imperial College London with an interest in public health and ethics. Ruth looks forward to contributing to doctrinal and qualitative research on the ethical issues and legal challenges related to health-related smart wearables, and precision medicine in low- or middle-income countries (LMICs). Ruth also looks forward to participating in the activities of the SEA Bioethics Network, including conferences, symposiums and talks.
